Roy Carlson - Roy is one of the owners of Lake and Pond Solutions and manages the southern WI office in Elkhorn.  Roy enjoys travel, boating, and hunting.

Matt is the other owner of LPS and manages the northern WI office in Greenville.  Matt enjoys spending time with his wife and 3 kids at Lake Poygan.

Jeff Stelzer is a field biologist who cares for our customers in the southeast WI area.  Jeff's interests include fishing, and spending time with his family.

Dean Schermerhorn is our field technician working out of the Elkhorn office.  If Dean can't fix it, then it doesn't need fixing!  Dean enjoys time "up north" at the cottage and being outdoors.

Andy Abhold is a field biologist out of the Greenville office.  Andy enjoys an annual fishing trip to Canada, hunting, trap shooting, and golf.

Matt Folz is a field biologist, working from the Elkhorn office.  Whether with bow and arrow or fishing rod, Matt spends much of his free time in pursuit of "the big one".
